This Cuvée Anniversaire has been created to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Maison André Delorme. We have selected the finest plots of Chardonnay, exclusively from the 2018 vintage, to create this limited-edition Cuvée. It reflects the excellence and expertise of the House throughout the ages.

Tasting :A vintage Crémant is made from wines from a single year. Our Chardonnay Brut 2017 has aromas of candied fruit and honey, combined with a marked minerality that delivers a moment of undeniable freshness on the palate.
Accord Mets & Vins :This Crémant de Bourgogne is a must as an aperitif with fish verrines and other appetisers.
The Cuvées Anniversaire have been created to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Maison André Delorme. For our Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay we have selected the finest plots of Chardonnay, exclusively from the 2017 vintage. This limited-edition Cuvée reflects the excellence and expertise of the House over time.
Vinification :Made using the Traditional Method. On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. We only keep the first presses to elaborate our vintages. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The setting of the foam, carried out in the bottle (according to the traditional method), is done by adding yeast and sugar. Aged on the lees for 18 months in our temperature-controlled cellars.
