Since 1942<\/h2><\/div>

The history of the House begins during the Second World War. Andr\u00e9 Delorme was wounded on the battlefield<\/strong>, he left the front and returned to Rully in Burgundy.On his return, Andr\u00e9 Delorme decided to found his own Maison of Vins de Bourgogne<\/strong>.His Grands Vins<\/strong> quickly made a name for themselves on the great restaurant tables and his pioneering spirit<\/strong> led him to develop the Sparkling Wines of Burgundy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2005, Eric<\/strong> Piffaut<\/strong>, whose family is native from Rully and has been in the wine business for more than a century, took over the reins of the house.Important technical and human resources<\/strong> contribute to the high quality of the manual harvesting<\/strong> of perfectly ripe<\/strong> grapes, precise pressing, expert vinification<\/strong>, long fermentation<\/strong>, riddling, disgorging and bottling<\/strong>.From the grapes to the labelling, we implement a quality<\/strong> rigorous policy <\/strong> at every stage.
