Tasting of 6 wines accompanied by different flavoured gougères! Gougères are a Burgundy specialty made with choux pastry that we prepare with comté cheese, époisses cheese, escargot with chopped parsley and garlic, mustard seeds...

The chef prepares and cooks the dishes right before your eyes. The dishes are served in small quantities in order to multiply pairings with our different wines. You can enjoy this experience sitting down or standing up, as a cocktail, with your guests or friends.
