• Vinification & Elevage :
    Produced by the traditional method. When the harvests arrive, we press the grapes slowly using our pneumatic wine presses. Only the first presses are used to produce our wines. Malolactic fermentation takes place in our 100% stainless steel vats. Secondary fermentation, in the bottle (according to the traditional method), is carried out by adding yeasts and sugar. This is followed by 36 months of ageing on lees in our temperature-controlled cellars.
  • Commentaries by our oenologist :
    This harmonious wine displays a golden colour and fine, lingering bubbles. Its nose reveals floral and fruity notes of pink grapefruit. This Crémant de Bourgogne is well balanced in the mouth, with very complex aromas. Its finish with notes of toasted bread makes it an exceptional wine.

    The ideal accompaniment for white meat, such as a turkey roulade with herbs.
