For our Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé 2019, only the best exposed, highest-quality parcels have been selected, to bring out all the liveliness and elegance of this vintage.
Assemblage : 100% Chardonnay
Tasting :Robe: light to salmon-colored rosé, fine, elegant bubbles.
Nose: aromas of small red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), ripe red fruits, perhaps a floral or slightly spicy nuance.
Palate: lively, fresh attack, fine bubbles, aromas of ripe red fruits, good structure, long finish, refreshing and greedy at the same time.
General character: fruity, lively, typical of a pretty vintage Brut rosé - conviviality and finesse.
Accord Mets & Vins :This Crémant de Bourgogne is a must as an aperitif with fish verrines and other appetisers.
For our Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé 2019, only the best exposed, highest-quality parcels have been selected, to bring out all the liveliness and elegance of this vintage.
Vinification :Made using the Traditional Method. On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. We only keep the first presses to elaborate our vintages. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. Yeast and sugar are added in the bottle (using the traditional method) to set the foam.
